Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the service purchased must be unused.

All expenses that have been incurred for the project need to be paid off. These expenses should be subtracted from the payment that was made previously. In other words, if you’ve already made a payment for the project, and then incurred additional costs, these costs should be deducted from the initial payment you made. If the costs exceed the initial payment, additional payment may be required.

Additional non-refundable:

  • Downloadable software products/assets.
  • Services that have been bought during an offer.
  • Free services that have not been redeemed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds possible be granted:

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided did not meet the end user’s satisfaction level, a partial refund may be granted. However, the end user must provide a valid reason for their dissatisfaction.
  • Undelivered Service: In cases where the service was not delivered due to a miscommunication between both parties, a partial refund may be considered

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced services may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
